I don't drink coffee at all but I have really bad dry mouth at night and wake up with absolutely foul morning breath. I saw someone mention using this first thing in the morning and figured why not. Total game changer. I use it right when I wake up, while I'm still in bed honestly, and it means I can actually kiss my boyfriend good morning without feeling gross. The automatic timer is great because I'm barely awake when I use it. Also the battery lasts forever - I've charged it maybe twice in two months? Didn't expect to love it this much but here we are.

Okay so I don't even know where to start with this. I've had issues with breath anxiety since I was a teenager - like genuine anxiety about it. I'd avoid talking to people after lunch, I'd decline coffee in meetings, I literally planned my entire day around when I could get to a bathroom to brush. It was exhausting. My therapist actually suggested I look into quick freshening solutions and I'd tried literally everything - those Listerine strips that dissolve (they burn and clump), Wisps (completely useless), carrying a full toothbrush kit everywhere (impractical and I'd forget it half the time), chewing gum constantly (my jaw started hurting). Nothing worked or fit into my actual life. I bought this on a whim during a late-night scroll and genuinely didn't expect much. But I've been using it for about two months now and it's honestly changed how I move through my day. I keep it in my desk drawer and use it after my 11am coffee and after lunch. Takes 30 seconds, I don't have to leave my desk, and I actually feel fresh after - not just minty-masked-fresh but like I actually brushed. The mental shift has been huge. I'm not constantly thinking about my breath anymore. I accept coffee when offered. I lean in during conversations instead of pulling back. My girlfriend even commented that I seem more relaxed lately. It sounds dramatic to say a toothbrush changed my life but like... kind of? If you have breath anxiety, just try it. Worst case you return it. Best case it gives you back the mental energy you've been wasting on worry.

I bought this specifically for post-workout freshness and it's perfect for that. Protein shake breath is real and disgusting. I use this in the gym changing room before I leave and it takes away that gross feeling. Compact enough to fit in my gym bag without taking up much space.

My wife bought this for me and I was honestly kind of offended at first lol. Like, is she saying I have bad breath?? But she explained she just saw it and thought it would be good for my commute since I drink coffee every morning and go straight into meetings. I used it once to humour her and... yeah okay I get it now. I've been using it every day for three weeks. It lives in my car and I use it in the parking lot before I walk into the office. I didn't realise how self-conscious I was about coffee breath until I stopped worrying about it. Also I've stopped buying gum, which is saving me like £15 a month somehow?
